Gives us an extra week off for the leeds game. They will be getting over the saints game so we should be fresher. Also means we will be playing the 2 missed games hopefully on a dry track rather than a mud bath. Win win for Cas in my eyes to be honest.

Personally, I don't think anyone playing likes the weeks off, you get fit without games, but you don't get hardened and sharp.

The negative is that you get a backlog of fixtures later in the season, risking more injuries from back to back games which could hinder both our ability to compete in the cup and make the top 4 playoffs.

Adding to the above, these 2 fixtures need to be played before the 8's split, so between now and July, we will be playing 2 games in the space of 4 days 3 times. Makes me thankful we have quite a deep squad.
