Anyone starting to get excited again....?

Post by Surreycasfan » 14 Mar 2018, 21:53

As a fan for 30 years living in Surrey it's impossible to get to the meet the directors evening, but I still get to most games and like everyone else loved last season and started this one a bit sceptical (like most others)

So, a 3 match unbeaten run (including beating Hull)
New blood in the set up of the club
A top prop forward signed

Just to remind us all

The ground is heavy and just wait to the summer comes
We have players who can't get in our squad never mind the first team who other clubs would have in first 13.
We are now a big club who big players want to come to!
We have our top players signed up on long term contracts (most of them)
We have the best coach In the league
The club is bringing in more money than ever before
The new ground is on the horizon

What a time to be a Cas fan. Stop moaning. Buckle up, it's our time!

Relieved as much as anything. Got an official letter this morning, turns out not to be a speeding fine but £10 from Cas!
But yes, things seem to be coming together after grim winter. Just need some southern sun to warm us all up.
To finish last in the Tour de France, first you must finish.

More optimistic today but would be relieved if we signed a decent full back.keep elis in half's and bob Roberts on subs bench.

Here here.

Liam watts is an absolutely astounding signing for me, Hull letting him go for disciplinary reasons as opposed to playing is nothing but their loss and our gain.

Jon Wells shining already.

Still on a buzz from last season, the only downer we have had is Hardacker, letting the club down and disrupting the team. before the biggest game in our history. Then the rummer about Steve, what seems to be sorted.

We might only be a small town, but we have big ambitions, we have proved that last season, and this with the Watts signing
