so we will be having a Second row as a prop again!!!

why drop Cook?

should have dropped Mcnot interested but you cannot do that to the golden child can you...needs to fully justify his place today.

My immediate reaction is that we look very light in the pack (including what's on the bench) vs the biff of Hull.

They are also lumpier in the backline than us.

Foster at prop again, dear me. It says a great deal about our forward signings .

Proves without any doubt whatsoever that Lynch was not replaced and that we got our recruitment wrong in the off season. What else can it mean??

Lee Jewitt would walk into my squad right now.

Team looked unrecognisable compared to last 2 games.
Wardle looked good .
Ellis and Gale starting to click .
Mike put a shift in .
Good performance ,need to back it up now .

My heart says we will win - just.

My head says we will continue our hesitant, flat, and ponderous start to the season. Their size advantage will grind us down (again) and at various points during the game we will look like we played a game this morning and get beat by 12 points with Kelly being a real threat for the entire 80.

We need strong leaders out their today and everyone needs to take 2 Milner commitment tablets an hour before kick off and again at HT.

Fingers crossed....
Hands up - I'm chuffed to bits that my head got this wrong. Great news for everyone associated with our special club.

Let's get our heads down and crack on now - a Kingston upon Hull double on Thursday would be an even bigger tonic.
