I believe Mike Ashley is a significant shareholder already.
However it's another example of the demise of big stores you would expect to be coming forward for such developments.

could we have picked a period in time as bad as this to build a stadium , its a shame when the first site for a stadium was muted Axiom had come up with this one ,we would have been playing in it this season

Phases 1 and 2a (Highways and site wide infrastructure) approved today :D

That's all planning permissions ticked off now and Reserved Matters for all phases approved.

So just the Retailers now (unless any other changes required based on retailer demands) to tick off and that's hopefully enough to get us on our way.
