that's why it got voted worst place to work well I feel sorry for your mates on minimum wage hope there not delivery drivers be on less with paying for own petrol. Amazon is one off main reason we will not be getting a new ground under cutting all major stores and causing some to even close be a lot easy to get tenants if not for amazon. so support the company who s going to be are downfall with are ground mr happy clapper :hand: :hand:Fumper27 wrote:Yet what do you know apart from that one sample? I’ve got friends who have worked in an Amazon facility for a number of years. Surely they wouldn’t still be there if it was as bad overall as you say?

Not at the level we operate at old boy. You are going from a small sample of 241 employees that made news in The Sun. what about the almost 27,000 reviews of past and current employees of Amazon on Glassdoor that give it a 3.8 out of 5. Hardly the score of the worse employer ever. Also, if you think the construction of one warehouse is the reason our ground fails then you need to go back to the drawing board.oldplayer 1 wrote:I feel sorry for your mates on minimum wageFumper27 wrote:Yet what do you know apart from that one sample? Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
you clearly not very bright its the reason we cant get any tenants most people shopping on line at amazon are causing stores to go bust or no confident to build new stores so axiom cant get invested money to start new ground any new tenants nothing to do with one warehouse you need to think what you put down. buy the way 80% of amazon work force are non English and happy to be treated wrong for minimum wage exploitedFumper27 wrote:Not at the level we operate at old boy. Got that kind of "flow" to the sentence construction (and complete lack of correct punctuation and grammar).

Telling people they aren’t bright and then accusing people of bullying for pointing out the irony with the way you type is pretty funny flow

Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
not sure if i've posted this on here but last nov/dec a lad posred on face book about the new ground. he said he worked for gmi and they were currently working on the large thorpe park project which is running well over its completion date. he said the work force have been told once thorpe park is finished the work force and plant will be moving to the glass houghton site. as this lad was posting under his own proven identity i tend to believe him above some of the face less clones on here.

Thank you for getting back to the post. This has so far been a good thread but seems as all the rest seem to be turning into a slagging off fest. Thanks for infolurcher wrote:not sure if i've posted this on here but last nov/dec a lad posred on face book about the new ground. he said he worked for gmi and they were currently working on the large thorpe park project which is running well over its completion date. he said the work force have been told once thorpe park is finished the work force and plant will be moving to the glass houghton site. as this lad was posting under his own proven identity i tend to believe him above some of the face less clones on here.

Do mods exist on this site anymore? Flow has multiple personalities and the recent wave of sad Wakey trolls signing up ruining threads...
Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
Couple of things though lurcher 1. With brexit and negativity in retail its highly unlikely any projects like glasshouton will happen theres too much uncertainty. 2. The comments around Thorpe park we're true at the time and might still be true but i think there on phase 2 and theres about 2more years of work. There will be nothing happening at glasshouton untill brexit settles down and everyone is aware of whats in front of them. Any works on the road infrastructure will still go ahead due to the needs of the area and will have no bearing on when work begins . Remember they would still need new roads even if they built housing or industrial unitslurcher wrote:not sure if i've posted this on here but last nov/dec a lad posred on face book about the new ground. he said he worked for gmi and they were currently working on the large thorpe park project which is running well over its completion date. he said the work force have been told once thorpe park is finished the work force and plant will be moving to the glass houghton site. as this lad was posting under his own proven identity i tend to believe him above some of the face less clones on here.

The proposed road improvements at J32 will only go ahead IF the project happens, needed or not. Who's going to pay for them, as 'Lateral' certainly aren't going to stump up the cash if they're not building the retail park?Dez wrote:Couple of things though lurcher 1. fair does if thats true dez mate. i must admit i don't think the lad actually put a time line on it. i just assumed it must be close to completion with him saying it.Dez wrote:Couple of things though lurcher 1. i do however it will still go ahead with so much being already spent on the project already. maybe not a shopping mall but it will go ahead as maybe housing or warehousing which could take a few years longer. have no doubts people will be queueing up to get their hands on a bit of prime land like that and will willingly build a new stadium for us. on the bright side we could even negotiate a bigger and better stadium. calling flow, calling flow.

Re: New Ground for Cas or NOT !
hey up lad lmao all true but were depending on a very dodgy council to keep this agreement nothing can be build in till ground is built first .After three years if nothing is built since planning application had being improved you have to start all over again . Council should have got the ten million up front to improve down lane as part off deal for that land instead off needing loads off other things to fall in place, they could have done what they wanted then with that land then. We be laughing now two new stands like leeds .lurcher wrote:fair does if thats true dez mate. i must admit i don't think the lad actually put a time line on it. i just assumed it must be close to completion with him saying it.Dez wrote:Couple of things though lurcher 1.
