To be fair, Lateral don't reply. Last time I spoke to them I emailed direct to the main guy over there.

Projects like this never go ahead until all the ducks are lined up. There is no doubt that Brexit uncertainty is affecting business confidence at the moment and may slow the development down

The quote from SG is interesting - hoping to make an announcement in next few weeks. Wonder if that's a little hint drop/

I also find it quite interesting, or telling, that the P+C jump on this at the same time as the Wakey development is in the gutter.

Gonna keep an eye on that, ‘announcement in the next few weeks’.
I’ll give him until middle December....we’ll see.

What I WILL say in SG's defence (and before I get shot down by someone), is that it's Lateral's responsibility and development and they hold all the cards, not the club.

The club will never push anything out until Lateral say they can.

Fair enough, but Steve as said hoping for an announcement in a few weeks.
Surely lateral is keeping Steve up to date on how things are progressing.
If nothing materialises then it undermines Steve, I’d rather Steve say nothing than make himself look silly.

Saw the headline on the front of the paper, and read inside too, all it says it's they have rung three people, two didn't answer, then a quote from Steve, hardly front page news!!they must be desperate!

The days of real journalism ended years ago , it’s too easy these days to scoure forums and print what they like. Nobody cares anymore as today’s news is yesterday’s fish and chip paper.

Only crap that's been fed is the constant drivel you come out with

This has now been updated to 18th April 2018. Moved forward so fingers crossed that is grounds to be optimistic.
