From todays article

Looking at 2022 at the earliest now, if ever.
These are full designs for the stadium element.

They've had full planning approved for highways and site development work already. This detail, as Mart has already mentioned, is the actual granular detail in relation to the building height, what's been included in the stadium, the actual features, the locations of everything internally.

This is additional detail to the outline planning permission which has already been approved, and is seen as more of a formality. The stadium isn't due to being start built until next year.

Also, the 30 month timeframe is the total time for the entire site build. The stadium is due to open and be complete before the retail development is. :)
You articulate it much better hudds. Thanks

I'm looking forward to seeing the designs and following the final design. I hope you can see the name " cas" or "tigers" on the seats in black and Amber from the motorway. But the first bricks being laid would be fantastic.

I think we'll all be much happier and confident once site works getting underway. Will also get some opposition fans off our backs

The timeline is next year for the ground itself.

The sitework is meant to start later this summer/Autumn. Guess we'll hear more at these meetings, fingers crossed.

Can't get down. Shame the club couldn't organise the plans to be at tomorrow night's game when most of the working people can actually view them and talk to the people involved.

Will have to look forward to seeing them online instead. Looks like at 10,245 capacity from what the club have posted on Twitter though.

Go on Axiom's website, the video presentation they're showing is already on there under the 'have your say' section. Looks like 3 videos, one for the retail, one for the stadium and a final one for the highways.

Thanks that's excellent. One thing that caught my eye.

12001 is unfortunately probably still too small too.

To the point where in the mid-long term future ripping the roof off the main stand and making it 2 tiers might have to be the plan.

12001 is fine by me. More than we currently have. Think the away crowd sizes from both Hull sides will increase greatly upon the move.

But the video says the stand for away fans holds just under 2k. If the stadium opens at 10k and not the 12k it'll be full and people not being able to even attend the games.

If Cas are selling out their own allocation - which they should, that means both Hull clubs and Leeds will be bringing less fans in the new stadium because there isn't enough space.

In the headline and the article itself, it's stated it's an all seater stadium. Is this now the case, or part standing/part terracing as previously mentioned?

Agree a 10k stadium is on the small side for us. The location of the ground will undoubtedly bring in more fans.
