Re: Gary Lo
Harvey Howard played for Widnes on the wing for a session. The next season he was prop. I still mystified how you can put on that much muscle in an off season legally.

Re: Gary Lo
Jamie Bloem changed shape after his initial forays with Cas.
Re: Gary Lo
Mike McMeeken, Franki Mariano, two of the biggest players we had at the club, and either could switch from the forwards to the centers or wing, the same with the Wigan forward Clubb, he was the same, a center at London.

Re: Gary Lo
I was referring to how Lindner managed to put on 3st of muscle in one season. Think Mal Reilly questioned it in his bookmart0042 wrote:He was a lean 13 with us. Harvey was a slight wingerSpanishtiger wrote:Bob Lindner at Cas in 88 and for Oz in 90 is another one.

Re: Gary Lo
I would say no hardwork can gain 3 stone of muscle in that time. I guess the world was different in those days.Spanishtiger wrote:I was referring to how Lindner managed to put on 3st of muscle in one season.
