AGM
Hello everyone, my first post on the forum, I have been a shareholder at the Tigers for the past 18 years, on Wednesday I attended the 91st AGM , I think we all should be pleased to know how well the club is being run now, I have witnessed some very dark meetings , but I am very confident in how things are going with the people in charge .
Re: AGM
Welcome and I am please that you enjoyed the meeting.
I unfortunately away on business.
I agree things are certainly better but I am still concerned by a lack of corporate governance.
The ex director being banned from the meeting is a prime example. It shows a failure to deal with the matter and close the book.
You cannot ban someone from a company AGM.
Lucky for them its not challenged.
Anyway I am certainly not going to spoil what could be "our" week.
Onwards and upwards

Re: AGM
Hi Andrew , I wondered why you wasn't there , not a lover of the morning AGM but being retired it doesn't bother me too much. I supported the campaign for change , but as you say it's time to move on , maybe you could offer some form of help with the club and unite everyone as we all want what's best for the club
