A winger? Am surprised.

The guys is class in lower leagues but can he step up?? Hopefully so.
Eden, Minikin, Hitch and Lo are 4 very decent wingers. Wouldn't be surprised if Lo gets games playing with Webster. Scary thought for defenders dealing with them 2 on the right.

Backline now looking like:

FB: Hardaker, Eden, Roberts
W: Eden, Minikin, Hitchcox, Lo, Gill
C: Shenton, Webster, Minikin, Gill, Egodo

Interesting that it's not on the website now though :? :?

That's strong. Now we've got Trueman as a real half back option, we look to have most bases covered.

Looks like a shrewd signing can catch a high ball can pass and is no slowcoach if he can adjust to super league he could be a Jem of a find

I think he will be like another justin carney where hes hard to stop when carrying the ball and get players intressted and when defending people will think twice at running at him n webbo...could be another diamond in the rough like it was with micky mc...denny...jy...eden..welcome aboard

In a direct comparison between him and monners, if you take into account best guess of salary I think this is an improvement.

We have some great finishers on the wing, now we have options, now we have a tank.

Looks like he's gonna be loaned back to Sheffield.

Certainly a cheap option when it comes to lettering on the back of a shirt.... Not that those of us born in the glorious white rose county are a bit economical with putting our hands in our pocket....

Like a more disciplined, younger, cheaper version of Carney.

Him & Yere cause all sorts of problems down that side for Sheffield so pairing him with Webster would be a lot of fun to watch! I think he will really push Minikin for that starting spot on the right.

The agreement is that if he isn't in the Cas 17 that weekend , he is eligible to play for Sheffield. So depending on injuries we might not see him all season with Minikin on the right. We do need a big winger to bring the ball out and give the forwards a rest though. The amount of ground Fonua and Manu make is invaluable when your under the pump.
