Get ready for a 10.30pm finish then.

Packed lunch and a flask needed. :D
Seriously it's to be hoped the club have put a complaint / objection in regarding the timekeeping and ridiculous stopping of the clock. There is no way we can afford another near 2 hour slog 6 days before the semi play off. Apart from that I don't think BT refereed too badly on Sunday. Apart from Wigan at home last year he has generally been one of the better refs.

I have watched the dvd of the match and it's the referees dvd, it does make interesting viewing. The commentators on Tiger Talk also complained about the clock stopping by Thaler, but on the dvd you can hear the touch judge tell him that the ball has been thrown away, that is when he stopped the clock. This was done by both sides so really both teams are guilty of the match going into overtime, also there were stoppages for players and water carriers leaving the field of play. The injury to Burgess must have taken at least 3 minutes for him leaving the field.

Didn't the match kick off late as well? I seem to remember looking at my watch and it was gone ten past three when they got going.

I'd rest Webbo, Adz, Millington. Not sure of the situation with Junior.

I'm not sure if that's worked, as we bought our semi final tickets last week online, before getting a Hull ticket.

Like the saints game earlier in the year we have nothing to lose and it gives a few players a final chance to impress and earn that shirt in the 17 next week. Lose and it's looking most likely that it will be St. Helens we face in the semi final, tbh I would have preferred hull out of the way and taken Wigan on a short turnaround.

I guess darryl thinks we can beat whoever at home and it's hard to argue that one game will be better than another in a one off knockout game.
