I certainly don't want fireworks , sweet Caroline sung at the top of the voices of an expected 10,000 gate will do nicely for me, COME ON YE FORD

not sure about that mate. they don't travel in numbers and they won't want to be there to see cas win the lls and rub their noses in it.
on the other hand they would enjoy spoiling our party if it goes t!ts up.
if we do win it would be nice if the true wakey fans would stay back after the game and acknowledge our success.
it would also be nice if they cling on to 4th spot for an all Yorkshire top 4.
Oh i don't know, there's nothing more they'd like than to spoil our party so i reckon they'll be plenty of them if our fans don't snap the tickets up quickly. Especially so goving the crowing they are doing after beating Leeds. Be nice to wrap up the silverware and knock them down a peg or two at the same time.

Fireworks?
Chants?

TV and national media spotlight will be on us. So we need to be good.

If it wasn't a night match we would have put the plane up !

So come ideas including a very long and repeat chant?

Robbo
Would like to see loads of flag waving.
Lots of scarf waving or dare I say shirt waving.
Defiantly lots of noise.....come on princess street join in.
This is history in the making, even us oldies haven't even seen it happen ever.

Thursday as to be special (if we win) even if we don't, down the line the LLS is ours.
It's gonna be one hell of an atmosphere.......can't wait.

me and fumper are up for it if you are.

Does anyone else think it's a difficult call for the club? The fans are already in overdrive hoping and expecting a big win and planning a night of celebration. This is all well and good and our performance this year deserves it but...... in terms of the season there's still more to do and if we celebrate too soon it could give the players an air of "job done" you would hope they are too professional for that but the mind is a Funny thing and can make it's own decisions sometimes. The fans young and old will want to celebrate and given that sky games last about 5 hours these days the young kids, our future who will benefit most from this won't be able to join in, again if we plan some kind of event it could be seen as jumping the gun.

Personally I think the club will do nothing, lift the shield, a lap of the field to SC and back in the sheds to plan for the big one

Spot on.

DP and all will do what they think is right. I could hear that in his tone in his post match interviews. He knows that after this game we have an incredible opportunity to genuinely create a piece of history that will be talked about when many of us are no longer around.

I actually think it's up to us to make it a special night in the stands by making more noise than our special ground has ever generated.

If it was up to me I would turn off the usual pre match noise from the speakers and let the electric atmosphere do the rest.

All 4 corners of the globe will see this one - many of whom will be rooting for us - lets give them something to remember......

Well I picked up mine this morning. So me and the better half will be there. Around 8 folk in the shop and 5 serving.
No doubt catching up with online orders placed over the weekend.

Am I right in thinking that the main stand is already full?

I'd love there to be fireworks, light show, a big presentation. The full works but we'll only get it presented if we get a point from the match.

Don't want to plan to early and run the moment. The club can, however, get things prepared should we win.

I hope the celebrations from the fans is lifting the roof to the strains of Sweet Caroline and not baiting the Wakefield fans or being drawn by their fans doing the baiting. Let's enjoy the night, i would hate for fighting to spoil all we have worked so hard for and to get a big fine, which will reduce the prize money thus impacting on player recruitment.

100% agree with this. Thursday, should we win or draw is about Castleford not anyone else. Let the players and fans enjoy the occasion.

We dont want another situation like we had v Widnes in the CC semi final.

both us and Wakefield have a number of louts I would not give them the name of fans, any kind of interaction hopefully there is none if possible should be isolated and let the stewards see to it , things only escalate when other fans try to stop it , IF there is any trouble at all the ones causing it should be given a life time ban, lets hope every one behaves themselves and if we win we can all give our team the ovation they deserve , COME ON YE FORD
