Saints away just before the start of the season
That should be a real confidence booster!

Madness TBH.
Never know us play saints in a friendly before.
Maybe DP wants to test us early.

I was hopping for a friendly in the early new year, as will be on holiday for the three that as been arranged after boxing day, at least I will be home for the first match of the season so my planning is not that bad

I think Saints is the perfect game for the final friendly.

If anything we have been a bit underbaked in the first game the last two years - that should sharpen us up nicely.

I hope the club as rearranged the fixtures for the following year, 3 away 1 at home this year , next year 3 at home 1 away, but I am more than pleased we play our home game on boxing day , but I would have liked 11-30 KO a later KO gives time for some of the minority to get tanked up that may lead to problems , I suppose the KO time is with away fans in mind but I am sure any of them that are going to come would have put themselves out and made the journey
