Widdop Williams and Gale. No Brown. Giving himself a good chance.

Congrats Luke! Well deserved. Gale and Williams for me, but can't see Widdop being left out for some reason

Well done Luke but I still reckon he will go with widdop cos he see's him week in and week out and wigans little golden boy was always gonna be in even if his form has been worse than gales.
None of this will really matter tho if they play sarginson in centre as kiwis will have a field day

Did well enough alongside Widdop against France to be given first shot ahead of Williams i reckon. Hope he goes well.

Congratulations to Luke for making the 19, I hope he did enough last week to get on the field. I have a feeling if he does get on the field he could be the game changer, the run out against France will have done him the world of good having not played for a few weeks and this week we will see the best of him, hope so.

Bennett named his 17 but the rules say he has to name 19 so he included the Wigan duo knowing full well they were to drop out

I thought Luke had an excellent game, by far the better of the two halfbacks and had Widdop been as good, I've no doubt England would have won.

I agree, bet he'll be the one to miss out all the coachs look at Widdop as one of the golden boys always seems to get the nod even though his club form hasn't been amazing and not seen much from him in the England shirt for 4/5 tests. He took the line on which led to 2 tries and defended well. Did like Bennetts comments pre game about why he had not picked Williams

I don't think Bennett is easily fooled
He'll pick the best team he can and Gale did himself a lot of favours today

Without been bias I thought England looked most dangerous when Gale had ball in hand.from about 55th minute he started organising and taking control.our forwards didn't do us any favours in that last half hour.struggled to get on the front foot to allow Gale space and Clarke a roll on.dont think il be watching England at anfield in 3 weeks time
