Paddy Flynn
Very impressed on debut.
Main thing is he looked solid and TOUGH.
he knows how to score a try too given history.
If we managed to sign him and he was happy as a squad man he'd be a massive improvement on the likes of channing who occupied a similar role. Him and Hitchcox would be a good back up.
Overall I think I'd feel safer with Flynn over hitchy

Re: Paddy Flynn
Enjoyed him running straight at McGuire when he returned a kick - no stepping or change of pace, just targeted the smallest man and knocked him backwards.

Re: Paddy Flynn
I wasnt so high on him in his debut to be honest. Looks poor under the high ball. Great to have another back up option but thats it for me. Dorn, Denny, Webster, Crooks and Monaghan will be our front 5 barring injuries with Hampshire to step in at 1 and Flynn to step in at wing. If we lose a centre, Monaghan to move inside and Flynn on wing.

i think when Daryl has had more chance to work with Paddy he will improve under the high ball, the rest of his play is very strong & what we needed.

Why else would he send Flynn out on dual and bring in anoher back? its not being Daryl, its common sense
Re: Paddy Flynn
Don't think we have the right to send Flynn out on duel reg though mate.Normy-Tiger wrote:Fumper27 wrote:Thanks Daryl.Normy-Tiger wrote:Minikin wont play much now hes been sent out on dual. Will only play with severe injuries I think.

Minikin I meant. He sends Minikin out on duel then brings in Flynn.

I thought Minikin was doing alright. Think a good season training as a pro will help him.

I'm sure this Guy will prove his worth in the coming weeks and months. Only winger I've seen go toe to toe with carney and hold his own. Give him game time and im sure he'll do well.

Re: Paddy Flynn
According to Nosey who says"take it as read" he's signed a two year deal most likely to replace Solomona who's wanted by Wigan. He also says Cas missed out on Lee Gaskill who signed for Giants.
