Was just wondering if any club as taken advantage of this?nobody seems to have announced anyone as a marquee signing or don't they have to?koukash pushed so hard for this but doesn't seem to have taken advantage

In other words, no one knows for certain and everyone is just guessing!!!

the rfl will know exactly who (if any) are the marquee players but its up to the clubs to decide if they what them publicly announced.

I think the clubs would rather keep there chosen one confidential rather than heaping all the extra pressure on the player.

Also the rule will only be used if a team goes over the salary cap then there highest paid player will be taken off.

Not taken off. Only £100,000 counts if a club trainer player is the designated marquee player. £175,000 if anyone else is the designated marquee player
