Re: new ground
I think I caught a glimpse of a JCB on the site from the M62 earlier today.

Re: new ground
So, what drink will everyone have ready? Seems Steve said get our favourite tipple ready for 6
Re: new ground
Was told over the weekend that it will not start until next year, so spring sounds about right. I also understand 3 major retailers are now signed up.
As we've had so many false dawns on the stadium front I'm generally a bit sceptical and have been about this one as well to some degree, although it's always sounded more likely to get going. However, the amount that has been ploughed in to getting planning approval alone is huge and is enough to convince me it will be built.

Just need Haribo on board and sponsoring a Stand....
Re: new ground
That would be great, but can't see it with their new building going up at Whitwood .

Throwing all their weight/sponsorship money into creating a 'haribo' cycling team apparently so would be surprised if they came on board.the machine wrote:Could be a very lucrative sponsor though....mystery wrote:That would be great, but can't see it with their new building going up at Whitwood .
Would be a high profile and some pretty decent sponsorship if it were to happen though.
