I'm surprised he's just 31! His rugby career is going to have a real bearing on there's of his life. I love him as a player and would be very sorry to see him go. In the long run, is playing on the best for him long term? He looks in pain everything he takes a tackle. Player welfare must be paramount.

The article doesn't suggest JW wants to either stay or leave. I would keep him for another season myself if he wants to stay with us as either a starting centre or a utility bench player centre/2nd rower.
