Yep - I thought he went well. Hope he's back for the Catalans game.

Thought he was embarrassing. A bit too much "bingo announcer at the working mens club" vibe

He 'forgot' to announce the teams. Started to do it as they came out. Rushed through Warrington's line up. Started on Cas and only announced three or four players before the kick off, at which point he stopped!

Also said that the Sts game was our 'last Super 8 game' instead of our 'last HOME Super 8 game'

If he worked at Leeds railway station everyone would be getting on the wrong train!.

He did, that is just inexcusable. He also said he would announce the teams shortly a few times, Sky were reporting them on the screen as he said it. :D :D :D

Fair play to the guy, he stepped in, I think he would be ok if he was working for Cas regularly.

I liked when he was announcing our home game against saints.

As a drummer we have an old saying about not overplaying (I suppose that applies to many forms of entertainment too), he was obviously just trying a little too hard. When the teams were lining up for the pre match photograph he should have raced through Warringtons team or just given the Castleford lineup, when you are racing against the clock (i.e. the opening siren) don't start going for the big WWE intros.

I am sure if he gets the gig again he will be better :)
