i think widnes will really struggle this year. as some one has said there is money to be made early doors but things will be really tight as regards finishing league positions.

don't know if shudds will fall that far but i don't think they'll get any where near the highs of the last 2 seasons.

I think theyll be as strong as last couple of years, ellis is an upgrade over robinson and if huby has same effect ferres has had he'll go really well

Anyone tempted with the -8 against us in the first game?
Raj Poot you bottled it big time last season, I admit that the Cas superiority over Wakey didnt give you a leg to stand on, but you have now lost any little credability you ever had by doing a Lord Lucan. Or are you claiming you didnt come on this forum becauae there was nobody from the Green Party on here? Back on the betting topic I backed Cas at 7/1 last season to finish top 8, unfortunately we wont be anything like those odds again this season

The -8 i think we'll cover but only just, can make a killing in the early stages of the season if you get it right before the bookies do
Looks like Owen 2 tries yesterday will guarantee his starting place against you lot so I expect you to cover any handicap available.

Taken Hull to finish bottom at 14/1, I expect a good run for money on this one.

I think you might need to prepare yourself for a spot of disappointment.

I was thinking the same as you raj on the hull bet. alas its only the coach thats bringing down a good squad and if things are looking bad radford will go and hull will move up the table.

Radford seems to have a good relationship with Pearson that always prolongs a bad coaches lifespan. It could well get passed the 15th round before he was sacked. Like I say an outside shot but value in the price.
