I want England to win, but hope Ben Roberts has a good game for Samoa and shows us his potential.

Really? Didn't think he had done that much in that first half, been outplayed by his halfback partner who is not a natural half

Think a lot of play has gone through Roberts, he looks more of a team player than a maverick.

Steady if not spectacular, seems to lack a bit of creativity.

i wasnt too impressed with how he went. for a lot of the game there forwards were on top and he did nothing. i thought most of there play went through there 7 who they said was a loose forward. some poor options on the last tackle by roberts when he got the ball. having said all that hes not going to be playing against a team like england every week next year and still think he will play well alongside gale next year

He'll see alot more ball and will be up against weaker opposition when in cas colours, he'll do just fine

he only made one run with his 1st touch and didnt take them on again. we'll need him to do more against the aussies and all blacks. i bet hes worth 10 times more than what wire paid for him now.

Glimpses of what to expect took a ball towards end bumped off and got a half gap was playing as the second half really with Stanley been the lead half would imagine that will change next year. He goes at the line well and feeds a good ball could see this been good for likes of our back row crashing through the line. Thought shenton bar one tackle had a really strong game. Wasn't a pretty game but no warm up matches a fairly new squad together lots of youth I liked that they gt through it and dug in at the end thought smith and widdop controlled well in parts and will get better with more game time together be nice to have an old head in oloughing back in next game hopefully and I still fail to see how j tomkins got in over whitehead

I think Tomkins gets in because he is a Tomkins and a Wigan player not for his prowess as a player

Once again Casforum shows that the fans don't deserve good players at Cas. Never happy with anyone unless it's a local lad.

Still, what is this place without people having a moan?

Opening game against England he did ok. I'll be happy with him in the 2015 Cas team.
