Castleford brand guidelines

"Our corporate colours are primarily orange, amber and black."

As I've put on Twitter, it doesn't matter to me what the colour is in the long run - will buy it regardless. If it's cheaper for Cas to buy, and they get a better deal from Xblades, than orange is a small sacrifice to make for a more profitable/financially sound club.

The training gear looks good (bar the grey one above which I'm not keen on). But it's based on the NRL stuff and people have been moaning about why NRL stuff is better quality than our stuff and so on. We finally have it.

Let's just enjoy it and get on with it. :-)

XBlades have got it right that colour is amber.

Nice to see the training gear and the shirts will be ready well in time for Christmas.

I have to admit, I think that Salford kit looks very smart.

Hope ours is good.

i suppose we're all different but i think it looks very drab. i notice besides dropping salford from the name they've also gone from red and white to red and black. i think cuckoocash is getting ready to move them some where else.

To hell & back ?! Yeah, another vote from me that their new kit is drab ... surprising really given the quality stuff that UA turn out. Hats off to marwank though for getting UA to support them, could this be a lever for him to get involved with the NFL I wonder ...

As a massive fan of the Under Armour products I think its great they are getting into rugby league. However, it is a very expensive brand and I can see supporters wear & shirts being very costly to the few fans Salford have.

Plus the shirt designs are rank.

To each their own I guess, I think their home shirt in particular looks good. Nice design.

Looking forward to seeing ours but imagine people will not be happy if it's orange.

Got to be honest, not a fan of the new traininig wear. I fear the worst for both shirts this year.

I thknk the ISC range was far better than Xblades. BUt fingers crossed I'm wrong.

Think the quality of the gear ok on the whole tbh. Will get the hoody and jumper in next few week. Each to thier own if you don't like it don't buy it.

About Salfords name change,I heard a rumour that the doc is taking them on the road around the manchester area for home games!!

You can't please everyone, last years shirts seemed to be well liked by most but I thought both were poor. I bought a polo instead.

From what I've seen so far I will probably buy a bobble hat.

Yes the loss of the name Salford on their shirts is a subtle move towards re-branding of the club...Manchester Red Devils, probably.

On a seperate note I wish people will get their heads around the fact we won't be in Orange next year...compare the new design to the 2001 shirt...now that was Orange!

Salford played in red and black and didn't have Salford in the logo last season either.

Don't know why people have only just picked up on it 12 months later?

Badge is screen printed into the material seen here: http://www.castigers.com/article.php?id=4770

Also looks like a white V with some black above it for the design.

Called in today to have a look. It is a NO from me, can't understand for the life of me why we have gone back to orange. Guy in the shop said the club didnt have much say in the matter.
The replica shirts need to have the club badge embroidered on and not just stuck on.
There is a white vest full of sponsors logos. who is going to buy that
