No way Huby will be fit. Anyone who thinks he'll play with injections/painkillers is going to be disappointed.

Dixon incredibly reliable and a great finisher - as is Clare, there isn't much to separate them. Except Dixon has been with us since 2007 and he deserves to play in this match. I wouldn't even dream of picking Clare over him.

Only if Dixon has sustained an injury by some chance or other. No chance of taking his place if KD is fit. Dixon had a super game in the semi and DP is a fan of his.

Best chance James Clare has got is if Huby is not fit, then DP may take the gamble of tinkering with the team, and including Clare rather than maybe play Carvell, who looks off the pace somewhat.

I thought that too, tough decision. One of the few memories I have from the last time we went, was Simon Middleton walking past me on Wembley Way, crying because he wasn't playing. That's what it means to the chaps.

Why would DP split up the Webster/Dixon partnership that hasn't been broken all year? There's no point. Dixon and Clare are very evenly matched but it comes down to experience - Dixon has more of it.

Now I'm not suggesting that Dixon will be dropped, and for me definitely shouldn't, He needs to play IMO.

But

"Webster and Dixon hasn't been broken all year" They've not been partnered up all year, Webster has been playing in the back row a lot of the time.

I however would play them together Saturday. With Hauraki back on their side were back defensively strong.

I'll go with;

Dorn
Dixon
Shenton
Webster
Carney
Finn
Syned
Huby
Milner
Lynch
Holmes
Haraurki
Mariano

Ellis
Wheeldon
Carvell
Jewitt

If Huby is out Jewitt to start and Massey on the bench.
