We'll find out for sure on Monday I imagine when all disciplinary cases are announced, like they are every week.

Always thought head butting was a 4-8 game ban depending on severity and previous

Three different gradings
Head Butting – makes light contact - A-B
Head butting – makes full contact - C
Head butting – makes full contact in aggressive violent manner -
E-F

Load of old tosh. The matter hasn't been discussed no idea what Dorn said/did but to make him react like that will have been bad. Kevin is genuinely that nice in real life and it's a shame all that great game is going to be remembered for is that.

For me it shouldn't be correct he make full (albeit poor) contact in an aggressive manor (look at his face) so this is grade E minimum of 4 game possibly reduced to 3 with EGP and good record.

You could lip read that dorn said "come on ref thats gota be a sin bin" which sinfield replied "fack off ya facking diched" then leaned his head into dorns face in an aggressive manor imo so should be the E grade which you can only use EGP with a grade A-C so should be 4-8 games ban n as sinfield does have a good record id say 4 game ban is about right.

Don't think you would say that if you had been on the receiving end of the head butt and he has got away with things for years like peacock both Rl blue eyed boys.

All this tosh about how sir kevs never been sent off and he's a nice guy and just something that happened in the heat of the moment, so what !!! The incident should carry a 5/6 match ban but I bet he gets 3 and with the egp reduced to 2. He probably reacted that way because he knew his side was well beaten especially by Dorn who was outstanding. :D :D :D

Will get sending off sufficient but have his MBE withdrawn.

Seriously I think he'll get 2 matches reduced to 1 after EGP entered.

You could stick a knife in someone's back in the heat of the moment but the outcome would be the same whether you have been a model citizen or not, you have done the crime, so just like any other thing in life the punishment has to fit, if he get away with 2 game's other players will have to be treated in the same way if they break the rules, or it will be discrimination.

Luckily Dorn wasn't injured but he could have been seriously injured by a thuggish action.

Good job he didn't do it to Carney otherwise we would have had Carney banned for 6 weeks as I fear unlike Dorn Carney would have flipped and battered him :D
