Sheffield are off the pace this year compared to recent seasons so its an ideal chance to rest anyone carrying a knock. Its a long season and the resources have to be managed carefully.

Depends on who has picked up any bumps and bruises over Easter. Think Ellis and Sneyd need bit more game time together, some of the plays were a bit rusty yesterday maybe have Finn on bench. Maybe bring in a couple of the young uns , fleming, reynolds, and even Day, agree Clark and Lynch and poss Millo might need to recharge the batteries, keep Gibson in and maybe recall Channing if he's not suffering from concussion. Need to keep momentum going in the squad. Its a bit of a selection headache for DP.

Think Sheffield will be up for it what with a local lad as coach and a sprinkling of ex cas players in their squad.

The Sheffield game is also massive in terms of us taking another step closer to wembley, I'm sure Daryl will field a strong enough 17 to get us through to the quarter finals.
I'm confident we won't slip up against Sheffield but you have to respect whoever you're playing against.
If winning isn't everything why do they keep score?

I'd rest Sneyd. Play Tansey in the halves with Finn with Reynolds at Fb. I'd also rest Shenton, with Gibson keeping his spot. Place Lynch on the bench and try to only use for 20/30 mins put Fleming in the squad. And give possibly Millo / Hauraki the week off. Clark/ Milner rested with Ellis on the bench.

While we will want a strong line up. We need to utilize our big squad.

Reynolds
Owen
Gibson
Webster
Clare
Tansey
Finn
Huby
Milner
Wheeldon
Millington
Holmes
Massey

Mariano
Fleming
Ellis
Lynch

I don't think we will see Boyle again this season never mind the next four weeks as another poster said, but I wouldn't rest anyone unless there were carrying knocks and keep the momentum going.

Ryan Boyle is having a scan on his knee on Thursday to determine the extent of the damage

Huddersfield will have had a week off when we play them as they're out the Cup.

Therefore, I'd rest as many of our frontliners as possible without playing an understrength side.

Tansey
Clare
Gibson
Webster
Dixon (back fit for Sheffield game).
Sneyd
Ellis
Wheeldon
Milner
Lynch (Capt)
Mariano
Holmes
Massey

Fleming
Huby
Clark
Hauraki/Boyle

Gives Carney, Millington, Shenton, and Hauraki (if Boyle is fit) a week off
