Sorry Jenny, all the best to your mum in law. Just read the screen shot again on bigger print. Hope she's going on ok. What an awful thing to happen. Absolutely disgusted. Let's hope the person concerned is caught soon.

Terrible incident, hope the idiot is caught n dealt with hard like he should be. Did the idiot have a cas shirt on? Was he alone? Could the people at the burger van give a good description to the police? The police should be checking CCTV at bottom of town to look for this idiot. Hope the lady recovers well
