very sad news , my cousin's missus his some relation to him , he had a very strong character and a very willing person and would do anything for anybody . great shame and loss .

would like to wish his family all well and hope heis remembered for his attitude to life and sport as well as his qualities in snooker .

Shocked, just went looking on BBC 5 mins ago, saw this, its shocked me real bad.

Was a great player, so young and so caring.

Real loss.

Hunter would have been 28 on Saturday. He leaves a wife, Lindsey, and a daughter, Evie Rose, who was born on Boxing Day of last year.
Sad.

Absolutely awful

Only 27 years old and supporting a family, life can be extremely cruel.

A great character also. Just remembering one of his best moments, i think he was losing by arond 3 frames in a match in the World Championships and during the interval he had his wife come into his changing room and he had sex with her, and came back out and won the match by winning about 8 frames in a row, I think it was the first thing he told the interviewers after the match.

As i say, great character and an absolutely terrible loss. RIP Paul
