Re: London (Friendly)
Typical winter rugby, heavy underfoot, windy as hell, raining, was never going to be champagne football. Multiple changes throughout the game, many of the tail order getting good minutes, its a friendly with no meaning if we cant chuck people in and see what they can deliver in these games when can ...

Hope this helps.

Re: expected finishing position 2024
I think we might sneak 10th, can see Salford struggling this season, London bottom by some margin.

Re: Pre season.
I remember the New Years day massacre, cant remember the year was one of 92/93/94, went to Leeds 3rd in the league if I remember right on a good run, got absolutely pumped at Headingley 40 odd 6 or some such score.
Was a tough watch lol, in the freezing bloody cold!

Re: New Director
Perhaps they are still wrangling out the final part of a deal but wanted to have the guy tied in as a Director first, there could be any number of reasons that we're not privvy too. Seems some people are never happy, even when their is the potential for good news. What I do know is that to be a succ...

Simply isnt the case, plenty of local kids on the Cas Scholorship programme, as well as kids from Hull, York etc.

Re: Wakefield v Castleford
Well here we are one week away from our most important game for many years, we have our assistant coach preparing another team for Wembley, our players dotted all over the place, our coach packing for his six week stay in the Premier Inn, the other booking his flight from Australia. Wakefield on th...

Re: NEW COACH
Here's the thing for me, the idea that somehow a coach will come into the club with 6 games left and will introduce a new game plan for both attack and defence is to my mind laughable. Introducing a new playing method for attacking and defending will take time, a significant amount of time, time whe...

Re: FAKE APPROACHES ??
I’m saying it, everyone is thinking it, the feckless Board, appear to be making fake approaches to big name players, or very promising youngsters, in the hope that fans think they are actually trying to rescue this club from relegation, why would you get rid of decent players like Milner half way t...

Re: Saints next
Beating an underperforming Wire without their 2 x halfbacks at home was top drawer dont get me wrong in our current plight. But going away to saints and winning even as hit and miss as they are this season, wouldnt be great it would be a miracle. Not getting beat by 50 and competing would do for me,...

Re: Next boss
Quite prepared to give Lasty his go at it, not convinced that any of the names bandied about can do any better, Morgan and Sandercock both ended up leaving KR after poor runs and neither have held head coaching positions since. For me this will all come down to recruitment, if we bring in some quali...

Re: Vete to Fev.
Strange one really came from KR with a good rap, just questions over injuries and number of matches he can be available for. Wondered at beginning of season if I was watching the same player, massive great big unit but soft contact with and without the ball. Completely agree with Lasty on this one, ...

Re: Warrington up next
If the qualifications to be our next coach are that we must win at home this week against wire a team that have spent big and put together what looks like the best pack in the league with an excellent set of outside backs in red hot form, and then an away win at undefeated Catalans a place we have t...
