He's in what, his 3rd season where he's playing regularly at fullback? Don't get me wrong though, he definately looks like a fullback now and seems far better positionally.

Whenever I see other youngsters they always seem bigger, more muscular and like proper SL players. When I went to see ours last season they didn't look ready physically.

The problem is Normy we have a coach who is not willing to give the young lads a chance.
It is time the coaching staff identified the promising youngsters and showed some faith in them and give them the chance to prove their worth to the club.
Kear at Wake shows great faith in the youngsters and isn't scared of blooding them where as we are more interested in the odd loan signing to try and get us over a sticky patch. lads that will be here for a few weeks and have no lasting impact on our club.
