LeagueHQ reports Sargent has signed.
LeagueHQ have confirmed that 28 year old forward Mitchell Sargent has signed for the Tigers.
The article goes on to say "Meanwhile, Knights forward Mitchell Sargent has found a new home after signing to play with Castleford in the English Super League. The former Parramatta, Melbourne and North Queensland forward was given permission by the Knights test the open market two weeks ago, despite being contracted to the club until the end of 2009."
No official comment has been released from the Tigers yet but as with all signings the club never release any information until all the paperwork is complete. If Sargent has signed it's unlikely he'll be in the squad for this weekends clash against the Wildcats.
