Goldie's message to Casforum Members

Ryan McGoldrick kindly spared a few minutes of his own time to send all members of casforum.co.uk and Castleford Fans a message touching on the Leeds game and his views and hopes for the future...
Hi all ye faithfull Tiger fans hope this message finds you all in good spirits for the up-coming games.
Firstly to the win over Leeds, it was a terrific night and we showed that when we get it right we can play a good brand of football it is now the task of backing up that type of performance which we now face. I think that pretty much sums up the challenge we face this year.
When we put it together as shown in patches of all the games we have played it has shown that we are a capable footy side and it is now our challenge to replicate this for 80min week in week out.
There are a few games that I am looking forward to throughout the season obviously every home game is special with the crowd we get down the Jungle along with games against Leeds, Wakey, St.Helens and Bradford. so there is plenty to look forward to.
I think this year has to be seen as a building year for the club both on and off the field. there are a lot of talented juniors coming through that need to be looked after, however, in saying that we are, when we get it right, a more than capable rugby side and we need to show this not only to our loyal fans but to ourselves.
